From here, they will be taken to the “Honeymoon Wishes” website and the fun begins. The process works just like a gift registry, but, instead of choosing a place setting for china, couples can select such options as an “Exciting Tour” or a “Soothing Spa Treatment” as a honeymoon gift. The registered items are then posted on a customized webpage that is easily accessed by family and friends.
As gifts are purchased by friends and family, the couple will receive an email notice to view the custom gift card that was filled out by the gift giver. The couple then has the option to collect the gift right away or wait and collect the gifts all at one time. If they choose to wait, the couple will receive a gift confirmation notice and instructions on how to collect the gifts five-days prior to the wedding, the day before the wedding and as gifts come in following the wedding.
