Embellishments are the latest trend in fashion
Designer Leigh-Ann Kline has mastered the art of detail in her original hand-made bags.
The luxe embellishment trend is here to stay. It can be seen it in crystals, studs and stones. It’s a fashion-savvy woman’s way of taking something ordinary, adding some fabulous sparkling embellishments and turning it into one-of-a-kind fashion art. Leigh-Ann Kline of Leigh-Ann Kline Handbags has done just that by creating unique handbags that are attention-getting pieces of art designed with personality and feminine flair.
Kline offers a fresh new approach to handbag design by creating unique styles bursting like summer bouquets of Asian lilies, that are pretty enough to walk down the aisle with, and Funky styles using bows, chunky antique inspired brooches and crystal embroidery. Explosive color combinations and unusual pattern mixes like “toile de jouy” with hot pink trim complemented by Swarovski crystal beaded handles. A look sure to be seen walking down the red carpet includes billowy ostrich feathers dripping off gold satin evening bags with silk ribbons and adorned with superb combinations of flowers arranged with the skill of a floral designer.
“I wanted to design handbags for style-conscious fashionistas seeking extraordinary handbags not found in the traditional marketplace,” says Kline. “My bags can be worn with everything from blue jeans to evening gowns.” Because Kline’s floral bags are designed with the skill of a professional floral designer, brides looking for something unique have commissioned her to design handbags for their bridal party to carry down the aisle instead of traditional floral bouquets. “I love to design beautiful things that make people happy,” says Kline, “For me, that is the greatest reward.”
Leigh-Ann Kline Handbags can be found at her online boutique. Her bags are hand-embellished in her Pennsylvania studio using feathers, flowers, ribbons, trims and crystals for day, evening and bridal. The bags range in price from approximately $65 to $300 per suggested retail item.
